Process Methods and Industrialization Engineer at FineHeart

Ousmane Gallokho has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ousmane began their career at Chronodrive as an order preparator, where they gained experience in order preparation, merchandise reception, customer service, and stock management. In 2011, they worked as a research engineer on an internship at ESTIA, focusing on the development of E-Learning modules and studying interoperability in collaborative design in the aerospace sector. Ousmane then joined Saica Group as a methods engineer, where they contributed to the development of a tool for outsourcing between different units and created a database of manufacturing capability. Ousmane then transitioned to Mure et Peyrot as an R&D manager, responsible for project management, new product conception, quality control, noncompliance management, continuous improvement, and additive manufacturing solutions. In 2018, they joined TEMSEGA as a project manager for product development, overseeing tasks such as product design, sourcing suppliers, installation and integration of equipment, and implementing manufacturing methods, including additive manufacturing. Most recently, Ousmane Gallokho joined Neogy as the responsible for methods and industrialization, where they worked until 2023. Ousmane then moved to FineHeart as a Process Methods and Industrialization Engineer.

Ousmane Gallokho completed a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Production Management from Université de Bordeaux, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. In addition, they also completed a master 1 TAI in Processing of Agricultural and Food Products at Université de Bordeaux in 2010. Ousmane Gallokho holds a Licence in Biology from Université François Rabelais Tours, although the start and end years for this degree are not provided.
