Dione Morris (CBAP® CSPO®)

Dione Morris (CBAP®) (CSPO®) has a strong background in business analysis and product ownership. They began their career at The Unlimited in 2010, starting as a Business Analyst and later becoming a Senior Business Analyst. They were responsible for supporting the growth of the company and ensuring that customer relationships were maintained. After leaving The Unlimited in 2016, Dione joined FINEOS as a Senior Business Analyst and eventually transitioned into the role of Product Owner in January 2019. In these roles, they demonstrated their expertise in analyzing business requirements and managing product development.

Dione Morris has a diverse educational background with a focus on business analysis and ontological sciences. In 2011, Dione completed the Certificate Programme in Business Analysis from the Faculty Training Institute. In 2012, Dione obtained a diploma in Business Analysis through the Business Process Modelling, Analysis & Innovation program at the same institute. Additionally, in 2013, Dione completed the Business Analysis Upgrade Programme, also offered by the Faculty Training Institute.

Prior to these business analysis studies, Dione pursued a BA Honors degree in Psychology from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, graduating between 2000 and 2004. Dione also obtained an A+ Certification in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from CTI in 2001.

To complement these educational achievements, Dione holds the CBAP certification as a Certified Business Analysis Professional, obtained from the IIBA in August 2016. Dione also holds the CSPO certification, signifying their expertise as a Certified Scrum Product Owner, granted by the Scrum Alliance in March 2019.
