Herman Santos

Herman Santos has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Herman'smost recent position was as an Application Support Engineer at FINEOS, where they assisted customers in resolving problems and meeting service level agreements. Prior to that, they worked as a Database Administrator at the Greater Wellington Regional Council, focusing on maintaining and supporting the council's ICT database infrastructure. Herman also served as a Senior Technical Analyst at Kiwibank, where they worked with credit application processing solutions. Additionally, they have experience as a Database Administrator at the Capital & Coast District Health Board and as a Technical Specialist at the Bank of New Zealand. Earlier in their career, Herman worked as a Senior Application Support Specialist at Maybank, where they supported various banking applications and coordinated with vendors.
