Liz Flanagan

Liz Flanagan has over 15 years of experience in training and education services, currently serving as the Education Services Lead at FINEOS Corporation since December 2010. In this role, Liz manages, mentors, and develops the Business and Technical Training Services Team within FINEOS Corporate University, focusing on delivering product and technical training to a global customer base across EMEA, North America, and ANZ. Prior to this position, Liz worked as a Professional Systems Trainer Consultant at the Office of the Attorney General & Chief State Solicitors Office from January 2005 to November 2010, where responsibilities included project management of training plans for new system roll-outs, scheduling UAT system testing, and creating comprehensive training manuals and support documentation.
