Niall Hannon

Niall Hannon has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Niall started their career as a Market Researcher (Summer internship) at Nortel Networks in 1999. Niall then joined FINEOS in 2001 as an MIS Developer before moving to Sage in 2003 as an MIS Developer. In 2004, they returned to FINEOS and worked as a Senior MIS Specialist until 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they held the role of Head of Infrastructure Services at FINEOS. Following that, they became the Head of Management Information Systems at the same company until 2020, when they assumed the position of Head of Information Systems.

Niall Hannon pursued their education from the University of Galway. Niall completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Systems from 1996 to 1999. Later, they went on to obtain a Master's degree in Information Technology from the same university, which they completed from 1999 to 2001. Along with their academic qualifications, Niall Hannon has also obtained additional certifications. In November 2017, they received a certification in "Querying Data with Transact-SQL" from Microsoft. In the same year, they obtained a certification in "Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI" from Microsoft as well.
