Phu Hoang began their work experience in 2015 as a Service Desk Engineer at Total Computer Technology. In 2016, they joined Ricoh Australia as an Associate Engineer for the Service Desk, where they worked until 2018 when they were promoted to Senior Service Desk Engineer. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of System Engineer at Ricoh Australia, where they remained until 2020. In 2020, Phu Hoang joined FINEOS as a System Administrator, where they currently work.
