Phu Hoang

Phu Hoang began their work experience in 2015 as a Service Desk Engineer at Total Computer Technology. In 2016, they joined Ricoh Australia as an Associate Engineer for the Service Desk, where they worked until 2018 when they were promoted to Senior Service Desk Engineer. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of System Engineer at Ricoh Australia, where they remained until 2020. In 2020, Phu Hoang joined FINEOS as a System Administrator, where they currently work.

Phu Hoang's education history begins in 2011 when they enrolled at Tafe Liverpool and pursued a diploma in Information Technology with a focus on Systems Administration. This program lasted until 2012. After completing the diploma, Phu Hoang obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Western Sydney University from 2012 to 2015. The degree was in Computing with a major in Health.

In addition to their formal education, Phu Hoang has also acquired various certifications.
