Külle Tärnov

Külle Tärnov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and leadership, currently serving as a Lecturer at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology since January 2021 and as the Head of Innovation at the FinEst Centre for Smart Cities since August 2020. With previous roles such as Chief Customer Service Officer at SYNLAB Eesti and Chief Operating Officer at Ektaco AS, Tärnov has a strong background in customer service and operational management within the medical laboratory and workflow optimization sectors. Additional leadership experience includes heading the Business Services Unit at Tallinn Science Park Tehnopol and serving on the Supervisory Boards of Ektaco Ltd. and OÜ Biolaborid. Tärnov holds an MBA in Business Administration from the Estonian Business School and a BA in Estonian Philology from the University of Tartu.
