Beata Stramska

Beata Stramska is an accomplished academic and HR professional, currently serving as an academic teacher at Akademia Marynarki Wojennej w Gdyni since October 2023, where responsibilities include conducting exercises for students in Human Capital Management. In addition to academic roles, Beata has been the HR Manager at Finestmedia since 2021, focusing on recruiting IT team members and enhancing the employer brand in Poland. As the Founder of Nørd HR since January 2018, Beata leads an innovative recruitment company that provides tailored HR solutions. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Barona Poland, Emply, Flugger, Scandic Hotels, and Arla Foods, along with a strong academic foundation, holding a Master's degree in Law from the University of Gdansk.
