Jan Urva

Jan Urva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management. Currently serving as Partner and CEO at FINEST since February 2015, Jan has also held roles such as Chief Operating Officer and Public Sector Department Manager. Prior experience includes working as a PMO Officer at Playtech and as Head of Project Management Department at the IT and Development Centre of the Estonian Ministry of the Interior. Jan's career began as CIO at the Citizenship and Migration Board before transitioning to CEO at monIT solutions Llc and IT Development Manager at Reaalaja Llc. Jan holds a Master of Science in Business Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Systems Engineering from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
