Vivian Ng

Vivian Ng has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within the Finexus Group and other organizations. Starting in 2007, Vivian worked as an Administration Executive at NV Multi Corporation Berhad until 2009. VIVIAN then joined Finexus Group in 2009 and held multiple positions including Corporate Human Resources & Admin Executive, Talent Resources Assistant Manager, and finally Corporate Administration Manager, where they reported to the Group CEO and managed diverse departments. In 2021, Vivian briefly worked as a Senior Manager at Segi Value Holdings Sdn Bhd before returning to Finexus Group in 2022. Currently, they serve as the Manager of the CEO Management Office, Group Human Resource & Talent Acquisition, and MyXaaS Academia Lead. In this role, Vivian collaborates with top-tier company executives and the board to execute strategic plans and oversee organizational administration, while also leading the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition departments.

Vivian Ng holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Potential Management from Putra Business School, earned between 2021 and 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia, completed from 2004 to 2007. Vivian Ng also completed their STPM at SMK Sri Sentosa in 2003, majoring in Art/Art Studies, General. Additionally, they have acquired certifications such as the Certified Human Resource Specialist (CHRS) from the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM) in 2022, Certified Train The Trainer from MEF Academy Sdn Bhd in 2021, and CMI from the Chartered Management Institute in 2021.
