Tracey Blanchard

Tracey Blanchard currently serves as the Director of Nursing at Finger Lakes Health, overseeing acute care inpatient services since April 2024. Previously, Tracey held roles including Director of Emergency Services at NCH Healthcare System and Emergency Department Nurse Manager at WCCHS. Prior experience includes positions as an Emergency Room Nurse at Bassett Healthcare Network and staff roles within various healthcare systems, including Bayfront Health System and Cape Fear Valley Health System. Tracey's educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Executive Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Nursing. Additional leadership training was pursued at Columbia Business School.
