Tyler Cox has a long and varied work experience. Tyler began their career in 2012 as a Supervisor at The Walt Disney Company. In 2014, they moved to NBCUniversal as a Manager. In 2016, they took a role as a Web Developer at CREATE180 Design. In 2017, they became a Quality Assurance Analyst at uBreakiFix, where they explored test automation using recording and playback tools such as Selenium IDE, GhostInspector and CloudQA. In 2018, they joined accesso as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they performed Backend Testing in Linux and AWS, Database Testing with mySQL and API Test Automation using Postman's Newman CLI. In 2020, they moved to Trajector as a Quality Assurance Manager, where they were responsible for Cross-Functional Team Leadership, Framework Research and Development, Process and Project Management, Root Cause Analysis, Defect Triage and Technical Writing. Currently, they are a Lead Software Development Engineer In Test at Fingercheck, where their primary responsibilities include Automation Team Leadership in an Agile Scrum environment, Framework Research and Development, Process Management, Root Cause Analysis utilizing tools such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and DataDog, as well as developing Test Automation based in Cypress.io and BitBucket CI/CD.

Tyler Cox attended Valencia College from 2012 to 2014 and earned an Associate of Science degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design.
