Fredrik Martinsson

Fredrik Martinsson has significant work experience in the technology industry. Fredrik began their career as a software developer at V-Teknik Elektronik AB and Ericsson AB from 2004-2008. Fredrik then moved to ST-Ericsson, where they worked as a software developer and provided on-site customer support in South Korea.

In 2010, Fredrik became a Technical Coordinator in Modems Customer Support at ST-Ericsson. Fredrik served as a taskforce leader for platform bring-ups and critical issues and worked closely with customers to discuss technical solutions. Fredrik also troubleshooted issues both in the back-office and on-site in South Korea.

In 2013, Fredrik joined Ericsson as a Technical Lead in Customer Support for the BMOD division. Fredrik managed customer training, requirement handling, technical discussions, and coordination between Korea's Customer Support unit and Ericsson Modems R&D organization. Fredrik was responsible for planning, reporting, and executing new customer hardware bring-ups.

Fredrik then transitioned to Fingerprint Cards in 2015, where they held several roles, including Customer Project Manager and Project Manager. Their responsibilities included managing customer engagements, integrating fingerprint sensors into Android Mobile and PC, and leading R&D projects for touchless biometric products. Fredrik later became the Director and Senior Director, overseeing customer support and global sales access.

Throughout their career, Fredrik has demonstrated expertise in customer support, project management, technical leadership, and software development in the technology industry.

Fredrik Martinsson attended Kristianstad University from 2000 to 2004, where they studied Embedded Systems. However, it is not mentioned whether or not they completed a degree during this period.
