Jaco Pieterse

Jaco Pieterse has over 18 years of experience in the software engineering field. Jaco began their career in 2002 as an Analyst Programmer at CellC. In 2004, they moved to FACE Technologies as a Software Engineer. In 2009, they joined Resolve SP as a Technical Lead/Architect, where they designed, built, implemented and stabilized applications built using C#, HTML, Javascript, Cordova, Angular, WebApi, WCF, Oracle, SQL Server, and Mongo. In 2016, they were appointed as the Solution Architecture Lead at Jade Software Corporation, where they designed and implemented custom solutions using most appropriate patterns, technologies, and platforms while ensuring quality. In 2022, they joined Fingerprint for Success (F4S) as a Senior Software Engineer.

Jaco Pieterse completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Technikon Pretoria between 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a National Diploma in Information Technology from the same institution between 1996 and 1998. Additionally, they hold certifications from The Open Group (TOGAF 9, obtained in May 2016) and CertMetrics (AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, obtained in August 2020).
