James Tomlinson has extensive work experience in sales, operations, and business development. James began their career in 2010 as a Territory Sales Manager for General Mills, where they were responsible for outside sales in the K-12, College/University, Hospitality, and Business/Industry channels. In addition, they were an Operations Manager for the Progresso Soup business unit, managing a team of 52 team members across two processing and packaging lines. In 2014, they joined Label Insight, Inc. as a Business Development Manager. In 2017, they joined Machinio.com as a Senior Account Executive, where they were the 2nd in the company in sales in their first year. James also worked at re:work training as a Sales Advisor. Currently, they are working at Fingerprint as an Enterprise Account Executive, helping security teams fight digital fraud.

James Tomlinson attended St. Olaf College from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a degree in Philosophy, Entrepreneurship and Management Studies.
