Customer Service Manager at Finhay

Phạm Thuỷ began their professional career in 2015 as a Telesales Specialist at Công Ty Cổ Phần Việt Tiền Mạnh. In this role, they were responsible for finding leads and cold-calling to introduce products and win over customers, close deals, and provide after-sales service. In 2016, they moved to OnOnPay Vietnam Mobile Services JSC as an Operational Specialist. In this role, they acted as the first line of contact to get new customers on-board and coordinated with other teams. In 2018, they joined Grab as a Training Specialist and were responsible for the quality of driver training, designing onboard and follow-up training content, and onboarding drivers. Most recently, in 2020, they began working at Finhay as a Customer Service Manager. In this role, they developed the department structure, recruited and managed human resources, developed and evaluated KPIs for the unit, and managed the handling of customer complaints.

Phạm Thuỷ obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Truòng Dai hoc Thuong Mai between 2012 and 2015.
