Katrin Müller

Katrin Müller has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2008, they worked as a working student for ecareer. In 2010, they became an HR Manager Recruiting & Development and a Working Student Human Resources for DailyDeal GmbH - ein Mitglied der Google Familie. From 2013 to 2015, Katrin Müller was a Team Lead Recruiting & HR Management for Heilemann & Company GmbH - ein Mitglied der Sky and Sand Gruppe. Katrin then moved to HitFox Group as a Team Lead Recruiting & Development from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they became Head of People and Organization for FinLeap GmbH and an Advisor for CENIOR. In 2019, they were an Interim Head of People and Culture for Finiata. Finally, in 2021, Katrin Müller became Program Director - HR Track Makers Academy for Founders Foundation gGmbH. Additionally, in 2017, they were a Founder & CEO for Lisantix and a Start-up Consultant HR Management & Recruiting, Entrepreneur for Self Employed.

Katrin Müller attended the Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht, Berlin from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration. During 2010 and 2011, they also attended the Institut für Personal- und Persönlichkeitsentwicklung, completing a Management-/Kommunikationstraining - Schlüsselqualifikation für Führungskräfte. In 2012, they completed a Führungskräfte-Entwicklungsprogramm für Fortgeschrittene at Artop - Insitut an der Humboldt Universität Berlin.
