Srushti Deshpande

Srushti Deshpande has worked for a variety of companies since 2017. Srushti began their career at Bank of America as a Product Analyst in Investment Banking. In 2017, they also worked as a Market Research Analyst for The Money Roller. In 2018, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and an Executive Director of Finance and Project Manager for Duke Interdisciplinary Social Innovators (DISI). In 2019, they worked for Podium as a Product Strategy & Operations Intern and for I Love Milkshakes as a Product Analyst. In 2020, they were a Program Manager for Odoo. In 2021, they were a Program Manager II for Amazon and a Writer for News Line. Srushti is currently a Community Host for Finimize.

Srushti Deshpande earned their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) between 2013 and 2017. Srushti then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Duke University, which they completed in 2020. In addition to their formal education, Srushti has obtained numerous certifications, including Salesforce: Dashboards from LinkedIn in February 2020, Learning Salesforce from LinkedIn in January 2020, Corporate Finance I: Measuring and Promoting Value Creation from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in July 2018, and many more.
