Alessandro Spinelli

Alessandro Spinelli has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Alessandro worked as a Business Development Director at FinIQ Consulting, where they focused on investment and trading technology solutions. Prior to that, they served as the Global Head of Document Automation at WallStreetDocs, where they managed a team responsible for automating document production. Alessandro also worked at Chappuis Halder & Co. as a Risk Control/Equity Derivatives Structuring professional. Additionally, they worked at Société Générale as a Senior Consultant, responsible for automating the production of Key Information Documents (KIDs) and ensuring smooth communication with the Italian Regulator. Before that, they served as a Compliance & Risk Control Officer at UBS, where they oversaw the creation and publication of indices. Alessandro's experience also includes working as an Equity Derivatives Structurer at Barclays Investment Bank and as an Interest Rates and Credit Derivatives Sales professional at Citi.

Alessandro Spinelli completed their education at Università Bocconi from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Clefin with a focus on Finance and Financial Markets. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2000, they attended Liceo Scientifico "Salvador Allende" in Milano, Italy and received a Diploma di maturita' scientifica. In terms of additional certifications, Alessandro is currently in the process of completing their Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) level II, which will be obtained in 2022 from the CFA Institute.
