Leicy Brown

Leicy Brown is an experienced Cost Manager currently working at JD Finish Line since March 2023, having previously held the same title at Turner & Townsend from January 2022 to March 2023. With a strong background in project control and management, Leicy served as Project Control Engineer, Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager at Matcon between March 2020 and January 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Construction Estimator at Leola Construction and as a Field Engineer at OHL North America. Leicy began a career in administrative support as an Administrative Assistant at Florida A&M University and participated as a Cadet in the Army ROTC from January 2014 to December 2015. Academically, Leicy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Construction from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts in Health Services from Florida A&M University.
