Steve Owens

Steve Owens possesses extensive experience in technology and product development, holding significant leadership roles since the early 1980s. As the Chief Technology Officer and Founder at Finish Line Product Development Services since May 2002, Steve has focused on custom design and manufacture of M2M products, downhole electronics, and industrial controls. Previously, as Founder and CEO of EnerTrac, Inc., Steve developed tank automation solutions for residential fuel oil and propane from July 2006 to August 2013. Earlier in their career, Steve founded WellTronics, where the design and manufacturing of electronic tools were emphasized, and worked at Halliburton as Engineering Manager, focusing on sensor and system design. The innovation continued at PES, where Steve served as Founder and CEO, creating smart well technology tools, now integrated into Halliburton products. An Electronics Engineering Manager at Baker Hughes from 1984 to 1992, Steve earned a BSEE from DeVry from 1980 to 1984.
