Jeechee Chen

Jeechee Chen's work experience begins with a role as a Research Assistant at the National Institutes of Health in 2009. After that, they become an Undergraduate Researcher at the UC Ergonomics Lab from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2012, Jeechee works as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Joint BioEnergy Institute, where they identify variant enzymes and conducts genome-wide screens. In 2014, they serve as a Summer Technology Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Jeechee then joins Twilio, Inc. in 2015 and holds various positions, including Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Technical Team Lead, and finally, Staff Software Engineer until 2022. Currently, Jeechee is a Staff Data Engineer at Finix, starting in June 2022.

Jeechee Chen attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering. Jeechee also pursued a Minor in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at the same university, although the exact duration for this minor is unspecified.
