Sharmila Patel

Sharmila Patel is the current controller and senior director of finance at Finjan Holdings. Sharmila has also served as the CFO of Health IQ, COO/CFO of Ten-X Commercial, SVP finance of Inform Media Group, chief financial officer of Reply.com, vice president of finance - global technology of Yahoo!, and VP of finance of First Data Corporation. Sharmila began their career as a finance analyst at Intel in 1992 and has since held various positions in finance and project management.

Sharmila Patel reports to Phil Hartstein, President & CEO. They work with Ann Taylor - Senior IP Specialist, Vanessa Winter - Director of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications, and Rebecca Galdos - Office & Human Resources Manager.
