Charles C. has extensive work experience in the field of analytics and data science. Charles is currently serving as the Head of Analytics at FinMason, where they have been working since December 2021. Prior to this role, Charles held positions as the Lead Quantitative Developer / Data Scientist from March 2020 to December 2021, and as a Quantitative Developer / Data Scientist from October 2017 to March 2020.

Before joining FinMason, Charles worked at Baker Distributing Company as a Senior Pricing Analyst, where they collaborated with the executive team to identify business problems that could be solved using data. Charles analyzed pricing for over 50,000 customers and developed an internal R-Shiny App to provide pricing analysts with in-depth statistical analysis of customer pricing. Charles held this position from April 2016 to October 2017. Prior to this role, they worked as a Pricing Analyst from August 2014 to April 2016.

Charles also gained experience at Partners Federal Credit Union as a Summer Business Analyst - Process Excellence. In this role, they worked with the auto finance department to analyze member demographics, preferences in automobiles, and correlations between demographics and requested loan amounts. Additionally, Charles mapped the mortgage department's process and proposed changes to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and improve member experience. Charles served in this position from June 2014 to July 2014.

Before embarking on their analytics and data science career, Charles worked at Panera Bread as an Associate Trainer from October 2010 to May 2014.

Charles C. completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Statistics from the University of North Florida between 2009 and 2014. Following this, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Applied Statistics at Penn State University from 2015 to 2016.
