Marek Jalovec

Marek Jalovec is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in IT, cybersecurity, and cloud operations. Currently serving as VP of Engineering - Tooling and Security at FINN, Marek directs a diverse engineering team focused on aligning technology investments with business goals. Previously, as Director of Cloud Ops Engineering at Citrix, Marek led multiple teams while significantly improving delivery predictability and employee satisfaction. Marek's career also includes key leadership roles in engineering at Citrix, Sapho, and various startups, emphasizing team development, architectural vision, and operational excellence. Presently pursuing an Executive MBA at MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®, Marek holds master's and bachelor's degrees in Informatics and System Engineering from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague.
