Victor Turuthi has a diverse work experience. victor is currently working as a Software Engineer at Finplus Group since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineer at Cyberaskari LTD from 2018 to 2020. In 2018, Victor was self-employed and worked as a freelance software developer, mainly focusing on web projects such as real-time chats, e-commerce systems, and blogs. Before that, they were an Engineering Intern at Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) in 2017, where they gained experience in frequency planning, licensing, data management, documentation, and frequency monitoring. Additionally, Victor worked as a Transmissions Engineer intern at Orange Kenya in 2016.

Victor Turuthi pursued their education at Dedan Kimathi University of Technology from 2013 to 2018. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Telecommunication and Information Engineering, specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2013, they also attended the Kenya Industrial Training Institute for a brief period and achieved a certificate in Computer Maintenance and Phone Repair.
