Paula Ochiel

Paula Ochiel is an accomplished Senior Research Analyst at FinRegLab since May 2023. Previously, Paula served as an Impact Manager and Impact Associate at ICA from March 2020 to April 2023. Earlier experience includes an internship in New Business, Education, and Youth at Chemonics International and a research role at the Center for Effective Global Action. Paula also interned with the Emerging Leaders Foundation and held positions as a Research Assistant at the University of California, Berkeley. Paula's background features community outreach work with the Fly Sister Fly Foundation and mentoring experience with the Equity Group Foundation. Paula holds a Master’s degree in Development Practice and a Bachelor of Arts in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies, both from the University of California, Berkeley.
