Fiona Vignon

Fiona Vignon has extensive experience in the food industry, with their most recent role as Head of Development at Finsbury Food Group since 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Bakkavor from 2003 to 2020, holding various roles such as Development Controller M&S, Business Development Manager, Development Manager, and Product Development Manager. Fiona also worked at John Rannoch Limited as a Development Manager from 2000 to 2003, The Good Food Group as a Development Technologist in 2000, and Grampian Country Food Group as a Development Technologist from 1998 to 2000.

Fiona Vignon attended Queen Margaret University from 1994 to 1996, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Applied Food Science with Marketing. Following this, they enrolled at Glasgow Caledonian University from 1996 to 1997, studying Consumer and Management Studies with Food Product Development, and achieving a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.
