Madeleine Munden has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Madeleine is currently the Head of Development at Finsbury Food Group since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Asda as a Product Manager from 2014 to 2022, where they were responsible for the growth and development of the Instore Bakery category. Before their role at Asda, they held various roles at Premier Foods, including Lead Technical Account Manager from 2007 to 2014 and Customer Brand Cake Technologist from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they worked as the New Product Development Manager at Oakdale Bakeries in 1998, and as the New Product Development Technologist at Haywood and Padgett Ltd in the same year. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Craft Master Baker, Manager at Honley Bakery and Old Bridge Bakery from 1993 to 1998, and as a Baker and Confectioner at Holmfirth Cakery from 1987 to 1998.
From 1987 to 1990, Madeleine Munden studied at Bradford College. During this time, they pursued a degree in Bakery and Confectioner, successfully earning a Master Baker & Confectioner qualification.
