Steven Hill

Steven Hill is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Group CFO at Finsbury Food Group, Steven has previously held positions such as Finance Director for both the UK and Cake divisions. At Mondelēz International, Steven worked as Finance Lead for UK Chocolate Manufacturing and held multiple roles in sales finance. Prior experience at Cadbury plc. includes roles as Supply Chain FP&A Manager and Operations Development Finance Manager. Steven began the career with a finance internship at ZF Friedrichshafen. Academically, Steven holds a degree in European Business from Reutlingen University and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, completing studies from 2005 to 2008.
