Chandrika Kondeti started working at Fint Solutions in January 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Executive. In this role, they have experience in recruitment process life cycle, including understanding the requirements and sourcing profiles from platforms like Naukri, Monster, Linkedin, and social media. Before joining Fint Solutions, Chandrika worked at ASK Consulting from October 2021 to December 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Associate.

Chandrika Kondeti attended MVGR College of Engineering from 2019 to 2021, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in HR and Finance. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in different areas. In August 2022, they completed the Microsoft PowerPoint certification through LinkedIn. In August 2020, Chandrika obtained the "Preparing to Manage Human Resources" certification from the University of Minnesota. In July 2020, they achieved the "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" certification from Google Digital Garage. Lastly, in June 2020, they obtained the "Career edge - Knockdown the lockdown" certification from TCS iON.
