Jagadheesan Gunasekar

Jagadheesan Gunasekar began their work experience at Curis RCM LLP as an Executive Trainee from December 2021 to August 2022. Jagadheesan then joined AVASOFT in August 2022 as a Trainee Engineer, where they gained hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow. Jagadheesan worked as a ServiceNow Admin, focusing on UI Forms, UI Policies, UI Actions, Access control Lists, Client scripts, Script Includes, User administration, Creation of new modules, Reports, dashboards, and Notifications. Additionally, they worked as a ServiceNow Developer in ITSM and CSM, specializing in various applications such as Incident management, Problem management, Change management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, CSM/FSM Configurable workspace, Targeted communications, and Case management. Currently, they are working at Fint Solutions as a ServiceNow Developer.

Jagadheesan Gunasekar completed their Bachelor's degree in Physics from Loyola College from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Hsc degree with a focus on Bio maths from Govt.Hr.Sec.School Buchireddy palli in 2017-2018. In addition to their formal education, they obtained various certifications including Flow designer - Micro certification, Integration hub - Micro certification, and Certified System Administrator (CSA) from ServiceNow in 2023. Jagadheesan also completed certifications in Data science for python, My SQL, Python for everyone, and Python fundamental for beginners from institutions such as Great Learning and Coursera, although the specific timing of these certifications is not provided.
