Glenn Forman has a long and distinguished career in business and finance. Glenn began their professional career in 1982 as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Penn State University, where they assisted professors with teaching undergraduate economics courses. From 1984 to 1985, they worked at NCR Corporation as a Senior Financial Analyst, researching, designing, programming, and documenting a comprehensive financial simulation model. Glenn then moved to CONRAIL (Consolidated Rail Corporation) as Manager of Economic Analysis, constructing econometric models to forecast rail traffic volumes and establishing an innovative quantitative methodology for forecasting regulated rail rates. In 1988, they joined WEFA Group (Wharton Econometric Forecasting Associates) as Vice President of Applications Development and Client Services and later as Director of U.S. Macroeconomic Services, providing customized consulting services and delivering speeches to corporate executives, government officials, and professional societies. In 1991, they became Executive Director of Business Planning Services at The Conference Board, bringing to market a new service that delivered economic information to business planning professionals. From 1994 to 2019, they worked at McKinsey & Company, serving as Partner, Global Head of Research and Analytics, and as Senior Practice Manager and Research Manager. In 2014, they joined James Madison University as a member of the College of Business Board of Advisors. In 2019, they became Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Yes Lender, and in 2020 they assumed the same roles at Fintegra.
Glenn Forman attended James Madison University from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Glenn then attended Penn State University from 1982 to 1984, where they earned a Masters in Economics and Finance.
