John Hope

John Hope, CPC has over 17 years of work experience in various roles related to healthcare revenue cycle management. John started their career as a Claims Analyst at Adaptis, where they focused on processing Medicaid claims and conducting reviews of OB and Medical Necessity edits.

In 2004, John moved on to Yakima Regional Hospital as a Commercial and Government Biller, where they successfully reduced accounts receivable in assigned financial classes.

After that, John joined MedAssets as a Product Account Manager, Charge Integrity Tools, where they were responsible for implementing, training, and managing revenue cycle products for healthcare facilities and hospital systems. John also played a key role in chargemaster maintenance and workflow deployment.

In 2007, John transitioned to Yakima Valley Community College as an Instructor for Medical Billing and Coding, overseeing curriculum development and the externship program. Over the course of six years, they taught beginning, intermediate, and advanced courses.

Since 2011, John has been working at nThrive as a Lead Data Integrity Analyst, though the end date for this role is not specified. Overall, their career has provided him with a diverse range of experiences in revenue cycle management, billing, coding, and training.
