Deborah Elberg Haschelevici

Product Ops Engineer at Fintoc

Deborah Elberg Haschelevici has a diverse work experience history. In 2016, they began as an intern at VTR, where they worked in the company's factory on the production line, focusing on assembly, quality control, and inventory of telecom electronic devices. From 2018 to 2018, Deborah worked as a Qualitative Researcher at Fundación para la Innovación Agraria FIA. In 2019, they joined DILab Engineering Design Initiative UC as a Teaching Assistant for Anthrodesign. That same year, they also started working at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile as a Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Progamming, Engineering Challenges, and as a Research Assistant at the Engineering Education Direction (DEi). In 2021, Deborah worked as a Software Engineer at KIMCHE, utilizing ReactJS and GraphQL for fullstack development. Deborah continued their academic pursuits in 2022 at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they served as a Lead Teaching Assistant for Engineering Challenges and as a Teaching Assistant for Detailed software design. Additionally, they worked as a Business Analyst at Altafid in 2022, handling project management and communication between teams. Currently, they hold the position of a Product Ops Engineer at Fintoc starting in July 2023.

Deborah Elberg Haschelevici pursued their education at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. From 2016 to 2021, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Design and Innovation Engineering, with a minor in Computer Science. Deborah further expanded their knowledge and skills by obtaining an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering, along with a diploma in Computer Science from the same university from 2021 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, Deborah also gained certification from Y Combinator's Startup School Future Founders in December 2020.
