Julián Trufero has a wealth of experience in the food and beverage industry. Julián began their career in 2013 as a Line Cook at Scusami Restaurant. In 2014, they moved to Tegui as a Baker. In 2016, they joined BENOIT CASTEL MENILMONTANT as a Bakery Assistant and Pastry cook, and also worked as a Pastry Cook - waiter at Virtus. That same year, they were appointed Head Waiter of the daily service at Babelia. In 2018, they became a Pastry Chef for a Michelin star restaurant at Gaytán. In 2019, they moved to Moulin Chocolat as a French pastry cook & producer. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Fintonic as a Junior Data Analyst.
Julián Trufero is currently enrolled in a Data Analytics program at Ironhack, which they began in 2021. In 2020, they completed a Python programmer analyst course and Python programming at AEPI - Asociación Española de Programadores Informáticos. Julián holds a degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Buenos Aires, which they obtained between 2005 and 2010. Julián has also obtained several certifications, including Intermediate SQL from DataCamp in 2022, Introduction to Power BI from DataCamp in 2021, Joining Data in SQL from DataCamp in 2021, and Introduction to SQL from DataCamp in 2021.
