Kathy Bell

Kathy Bell is a seasoned professional in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources with a strong background in the financial services and legal sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition - Senior Vice President at FinTrU since April 2017, Kathy has played a pivotal role in connecting local talent with global opportunities in RegTech. Previous positions include Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Business Partner at Oh Yeah Music Centre Ltd., and various roles at leading international law firms such as Herbert Smith Freehills and Allen & Overy. Kathy holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Queen's University Belfast and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Ulster University.
