Danielle Anderson

Director, Support Services at Finvi

Danielle Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Starting in 2006, they worked as an Instructor at Barbizon Modeling and Entertainment until 2009. Danielle then joined Lincare Holdings, Inc as a Customer Service Representative from 2008 to 2009. From there, they moved to Omnicare Inc. and served as an Acting Manager from 2009 to 2010.

In 2010, Danielle worked as a Nanny in a personal residence until 2011. Following this, they joined Indiana University Health as a Supervisor, managing 40 employees and overseeing payroll, scheduling, and maintenance of staffing assignments from 2011 to 2014. During their time there, they also developed and ran a Pilot Initiative for a Dispatching Program.

In 2013, they briefly worked as a Sales Associate at Lowe's Home Improvement. From 2014 to 2015, Danielle joined Lowe's Companies, Inc. as an Installed Sales Coordinator, specializing in coordinating home improvement projects with vendors, installers, and owners.

In 2015, Danielle's career took a new direction as they joined Finvi. Danielle initially worked as an Administrative Assistant for a few months before transitioning to a Support Specialist role. Danielle held this position until 2019 when they were promoted to the role of Management Lead Support Specialist. In 2019, they further advanced their career at Finvi by becoming a Client Services Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager, Support Services at Finvi, which they began in March 2022.

Danielle Anderson attended Western Governors University from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Prior to that, they attended Ball State University from 2006 to 2009, but their degree and field of study during that time are unknown. In addition to their formal education, Danielle has obtained several certifications, including the CompTIA Project+ Certification from CompTIA in October 2016, the Green Awareness Certification from Simpler Consulting in August 2013, and the Powered Industrial Truck Operator certification from Indiana University Health, also obtained in August 2013.
