John Granara

As Finvi’s Chief Financial Officer, John Granara manages the company’s finance, sales operations, human resources, legal, and compliance functions. In addition, John works closely with other Finvi leaders on various organizational, development, and strategic issues. His career has included more than 20 years of leadership roles with increasing responsibilities while building global financial expertise within publicly traded and privately held companies in growing organizations ranging from start-ups to billion-dollar global companies across the technology sectors, including SAAS and Payments.

Before joining Finvi, John served as Executive Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors for MiX Telematics (NYSE: MIXT and JSE: MIX), a leading global Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) provider of connected fleet management solutions. Previously he held senior-level financial roles at other software and technology-enabled services firms, including Authorize.Net Holdings, a leading provider of payment management solutions.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accountancy from Suffolk University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
