Norma Pineda

Norma Pineda has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Norma began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Banco de la Construccion, S.A. in 1994, where they were responsible for personnel management processes and the implementation of psychometric tests. Norma then moved on to Industrias Licoreras de Guatemala, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist, taking charge of recruitment and selection processes, policy review and update, as well as administrative tasks such as managing employee health insurance. At Alimentos Gourmet, S.A., they served as a Human Resources Analyst, responsible for recruitment and selection processes, maintaining the candidate database, and handling payroll accounting. Norma later joined Banco Uno as a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist, before transitioning to Molinos Modernos, where they held the roles of a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist and a Human Resources Generalist. In these roles, they managed recruitment and selection processes and worked on various HR tasks. Most recently, Norma worked as a Human Resources Intern at Lichtberg Consulting, gaining practical experience in the field. Currently, they hold the position of Associate HR Manager at FINVIA, where they are responsible for HR-related duties. Throughout their career, Norma has gained extensive experience in recruitment, selection, policy management, and administrative tasks within the Human Resources field.

Norma Pineda holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Development, which they obtained from Universidad Francisco Marroquín in 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala in 2002.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Norma has obtained several certifications. In November 2014, they completed a certification in Job Evaluation from Korn Ferry. Norma also obtained a certification in Analysis and Job Descriptions from the same institution in October 2014. Most recently, in April 2022, Norma obtained the Telc Deutsch C1 certification, awarded by telc GmbH - The European Language Certificates.
