Maderson Ly

Maderson Ly is currently the Head of Data Operations at FinX Capital Markets. Prior to this, Maderson worked as a Senior Implementation Specialist/Technical Specialist at Intercontinental Exchange from September 2014 to July 2019. In this role, Maderson was responsible for level 2 support for escalated issues, mentoring and training BondEdge Client Service Analysts, and handling implementations and training of new BondEdge clients. Maderson was also involved in all phases of implementation, which included developing a project plan, software and database conversion, and onsite training. As part of a team of the Bondedge client support desk, Maderson provided high volume nationwide support in both technical and analytical aspects of the Bondedge software. Maderson communicated with various departments of the Bondedge client base, which included portfolio managers, analysts, actuaries, risk departments, and IT departments. This helped Maderson develop versatility in effectively communicating when dealing with large organizations. Maderson also traveled to client sites to implement, install and train new and existing customers on the BondEdge Solutions platform. Prior to working at Intercontinental Exchange, Maderson worked as a Customer Service Representative at Purium from January 2014 to June 2014.

Maderson Ly has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Information Systems from California State University, Fullerton and an AA in General Studies from Long Beach City College. They also have a certification from LinkedIn in Learning React.js.

Maderson Ly reports to Geoff Fite, CEO. They are on a team with Dick Mule - Head, Engineering, Sonia Dixon - Head, Customer Experience, and Mark Browne - Product Manager.
