Valentina Guolo

Valentina Guolo is an experienced professional in the culinary and hospitality industry, currently serving as Co Managing Partner at Fior di Sole since March 1998. Previously, Valentina held the position of Executive Chef & Owner at Ca' Momi Osteria from October 2010 to January 2022. Valentina also gained experience as a Partner & Filter Tech at WINETECH LLC from May 1998 to May 2001. Valentina holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Università degli Studi di Padova and is known for questioning the status quo while creating challenges and opportunities for both personal growth and community development.
