Christopher Medway is an accomplished bioinformatics professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Bioinformatics Team Leader and Senior Bioinformatician at Fios Genomics since January 2021, Christopher previously held the position of Lead Bioinformatician at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, focusing on next-generation sequencing diagnostics for cancer and rare diseases. Earlier roles include Bioinformatician at Cardiff University and Senior Bioinformatician at the University of Bristol, along with a Sir Terry Pratchett Research Fellowship at the Mayo Clinic, where research concentrated on the genetics of late-onset Alzheimer's disease. Christopher holds a Master's Degree in Bioinformatics and a Ph.D. in the Genetics of Alzheimer's disease from the University of Nottingham, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience.
