Laure Chisaka

Laure Chisaka is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people management and organizational strategy. Currently serving as a People Business Partner for Fire and Emergency NZ in the Te Hiku Region since October 2021, Laure plays a key role in aligning business strategies with people practices. Previous roles include People & Culture Manager at FUJIFILM CSG Limited, HR Consultant for McDonald's APMEA, and HR Manager positions at Holiday Inn Auckland Airport and Crowne Plaza Auckland. Laure's earlier career included significant HR leadership roles in various international hospitality settings, including InterContinental Resort & Spa Moorea and Hotel Bora Bora Amanresorts. Laure holds a Master's degree in Management of International HR from Université d'Angers and a Master's degree in International Hospitality Management from La Rochelle Université.
