Shawn van Kleeck

Shawn Van Kleeck is an experienced professional in the fire protection industry, currently serving as the Engineering & Installation Manager at Summit Fire & Security since January 2022. In addition, Shawn is an Adjunct Professor at Seminole State College of Florida, teaching Fire Sprinkler Apprenticeship courses. Previously, Shawn held the position of Operations Manager at Fire & Life Safety America since June 2020 and served as Superintendent at Century Fire Protection from May 2018 to June 2020. Shawn's extensive background includes significant roles at Fire & Life Safety America from June 2000 to May 2018, where projects included notable constructions such as the Amway Arena and the 32 Story Skypoint tower. Shawn holds a degree in Fire Protection from Seminole State College of Florida and graduated from Deltona High School.
