Arava Rokach

Arava Rokach has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Arava is currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Fireblocks since August 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Talent Acquisition Partner at Fireblocks, starting from July 2020.

Before joining Fireblocks, Arava worked as a Recruitment Lead at SQLink Group from December 2018 to July 2020. Arava also served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at LivePerson from December 2018 to January 2020.

Arava's earliest work experience can be traced back to Dialog, where they worked as a Technology Recruiter & Sourcing Expert from May 2014 to November 2018. In this role, they managed end-to-end recruitment processes for various high tech and start-up companies, while also utilizing social media platforms for candidate sourcing and making active approaches.

Throughout their career, Arava has gained valuable expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment, and managing the hiring process.

Arava Rokach completed their Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences from The College of Management Academic Studies from 2011 to 2014. After that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution from 2015 to 2017, earning an M.B.A. degree.
