Tomer Horviz

Tomer Horviz has a diverse work experience in customer success and sales roles. Tomer is currently working as a Customer Success Team Lead at Fireblocks since August 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Customer Success Manager at Fireblocks from June 2021.

From January 2020 to June 2021, Tomer worked as a Customer Success Manager at AeroCRS. Tomer also served as a Customer Support & Training Manager at AeroCRS from February 2019 to June 2021.

Before joining AeroCRS, Tomer gained experience as a Business Owner and Manager of an Italian restaurant from January 2016 to May 2018. In this role, they were responsible for managing the restaurant's operations, staff recruitment and mentoring, and PR and customer relations. Tomer achieved an annual revenue growth of 25%.

Tomer's earlier experience includes working as a Sales Manager (Surgery) at AMI technologies from December 2014 to January 2016, where they promoted medical device sales in surgery departments and provided customer support. Tomer also worked as a Sales Representative - Dental Division at 3M from March 2012 to November 2014, where they achieved a sales increase of 15% annually and provided customer support and guidance to medical teams and distributors.

Tomer Horviz obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Marine Biotechnology from Ruppin Academic Center, where they attended from 2008 to 2011.
