Hira Siddiqui

Hira Siddiqui is currently an E-Commerce Site Merchandiser at Fireclay Tile. Prior to that, they were an E-commerce Merchandising Manager at ForYourParty.com from July 2020 to October 2021. In their role at ForYourParty, they were responsible for developing and implementing digital merchandising strategies and an optimized user experience to increase conversion, revenue, average order value and new consumer acquisition.

Some of their notable accomplishments include developing merchandising strategies based on seasonal events, trends, prioritized company inventory, and new product launches; managing eCommerce calendar of campaigns, copy, digital assets, blogs, SMS + email messaging; researching, redesigning, and building out a new site navigation system using Drupal CMS which led to 2x the number of SKUs in cart and a 33% growth of AOV; and reviewing and utilizing site + email data analysis to optimize all efforts and provide best practices to ensure optimal performance.

In their role, they also added and promoted new product assortments, refreshed site content and messaging via marketing channels, as well as ensured product detail accuracy. Hira also researched, designed and built a new loyalty point & referral program to encourage repeat sales, which led to a 40x ROI. Additionally, they worked with product development and the creative director to create strategic growth through new product collections + marketing campaigns. Lastly, they managed the product setup process - including SEO-friendly categorization, naming, content gathering and pricing.
