Paul Hawes

Paul Hawes is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in customer operations, supply chain management, and business development. Currently serving as the Customer Operations and Supply Chain Director at Fired Earth since July 2021, Paul is one of four board members overseeing critical functions such as purchasing, warehouse operations, and customer care. Prior to this role, Paul held various leadership positions at John Lewis Partnership, including Business Operations Manager and Partnership Councillor, showcasing expertise in managing customer contact and fulfilment operations. Additional experience includes significant roles at Comet, Wickes, and Dixons Direct, where Paul demonstrated a consistent ability to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction across multiple sectors. Paul holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from Portsmouth Polytechnic and a foundational education from Northern Grammar School in Portsmouth.
