Drew Hales

Drew Hales has worked in a variety of roles in the recruitment and software industries. From 2010 to 2012, they were an IT Recruitment Consultant for Cooper Lomaz in Essex. Drew then moved to Circle Housing as an Internal Recruiter in 2012. In 2013, they returned to Cooper Lomaz as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant in Suffolk. In 2015, they took on the role of Senior IT Recruitment Consultant for Interaction Recruitment in the East of England. In 2016, they moved to Select Recruitment Specialists Ltd as a Business Systems Manager and Senior Recruitment Consultant in Sales & Marketing (Technical). Most recently, in 2022, they became a Product Experience Functional Lead at Firefish Software\u00ae and a Business Analyst - Software Integration at Bullhorn, where they focused on mapping, designing, and integrating Bullhorn Marketplace Partners into the Bullhorn Analytics Suite.

Drew Hales' education history includes a BA in English Literature from the University of East Anglia, which they obtained between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained A levels in English Literature, Philosophy, Drama, and General Studies from Beths Grammar School between 2000 and 2007. Drew also holds certifications from LinkedIn in Business Analysis Foundations, JSON Essential Training, and Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences, which they obtained in October 2022. In October 2017, they obtained a Level 3 Award in Education and Training from Highfield.
